REFUND POLICY FOR WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS

Please note all workshops are catered for, and there is a section on the booking form that allows you to specify dietary needs.

JMG Changes Live's workshops are meticulously planned months in advance, to ensure that each participant has the best possible experience. We invest significant time, effort, and resources into preparing for these workshops, including purchasing necessary materials and allocating the facilitators' valuable time. We also cater for each event.

To maintain transparency and clarity, we have established refund and cancellation policies with clearly outlined time limits. By adhering to these policies, you can have a clear understanding of when refunds are available and what the cancellation deadlines are. This allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality and ensures that every participant's experience is exceptional. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which are in place to provide a fair and organized workshop environment.

Our organization is committed to providing high-quality workshops and events for our attendees. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that prevent attendees from participating in an event or workshop they have registered for. To ensure fairness and transparency for all parties involved, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. Refund Requests: All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the event or workshop organizer via email or postal mail. The request must include the attendee's full name, contact information, event or workshop name, and the reason for the refund request.

  2. Deadline for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be received by our organization at least 28 days prior to the event or workshop start date. Any requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, we may consider refund requests that fall outside of the standard refund policy. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision will be made at the sole discretion of the organizer. The ticket could be transferred to the next event as a compromise.

  4. No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for attendees who do not show up for an event or workshop they have registered for.

  5. Cancellation of Event or Workshop: In the unlikely event that we must cancel an event or workshop, attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.

  6. Transfer of Tickets: Attendees are allowed to transfer their registration to another person who meets the qualifications for attendance. If the attendee is not able to attend the event, they can contact the organizer to transfer the registration.

By registering for an event or workshop organized by our organization, you agree to the terms of this refund policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to registering for the event or workshop. Thank you for choosing to participate in our workshops and events.
