This knowledge has not only allowed me to overcome my own turbulent childhood and recover from panic disorder after a major car accident but also empowers me to assist others in their healing journey. By providing psychoeducation and effective tools, clients can quickly overcome anxiety, panic, depression, and other mental health challenges. With a specialization in PTSD, encompassing anxiety and depression, I also address a wide range of life challenges.
