Passionate about helping others, I have dedicated my studies to understand the complex influences on human thinking, emotions, and behaviors. This knowledge has not only allowed me to overcome my own life trauma and recover from panic disorder after a major car accident, but also empowers me to assist others in their healing journey. By providing psychoeducation and effective tools, clients can overcome anxiety, panic and manage depression, mental health and life challenges. With a specialization in PTSD, encompassing anxiety and depression, I address a wide range of life issues. Whether it's childhood or adult trauma, relationship issues, grief, domestic violence, struggles with ageing parents or teenagers I can help, for all of these contribute to stress, anxiety and depression. My solution-focused therapy approach aims to help you resolve varied challenges and create a path towards healing and growth. Having personally experienced anxiety, I bring a unique level of empathy and understanding to my role as a counsellor. I know firsthand the overwhelming nature of anxiety, the racing thoughts, and the terrifying symptoms that can accompany it. This personal experience allows me to deeply connect with my clients who are also grappling with anxiety and creates a safe space where they feel truly heard and validated. Drawing from my own journey, I can offer genuine empathy and compassion as I guide clients through their own challenges.
